RecommendedRavon did an amazing job! She was uniquely skillful in her techniques compared to other massage therapists I've tried, she was open to communication and created a relaxing environment. I was very impressed with the results (muscle relaxation) that was the best EVER of any therapist I've tried!
My appointment was fantastic. My masseuse was Sonya and she did an awesome job. Can't wait to go back and see her. Anall and Alyssa at reception are so sweet and super helpful. so excited to have a membership and have Mass journrsge Envy be a part of my health journey.
Customer service is definitely lacking. They have fee after fee added on for using another site, transferring credits, minimal spots available past 4 pm for people who work. Attempted to freeze account to catch up with the multiple credits I have accumulated due to the pandemic and another fee for that. Only response they can say is it is our policy.
This was my first time at this location. I was having discomfort in my lower hip bottom area and it was interfering with being able to walk for long periods of time and completing my exercise. Mike, my therapist listened to what I had going on, applied the perfect amount of deep pressure and I can now go back to my regular activities without being interrupted with discomfort. Massage Envy - stay away from this business. Shady practices and awful customer service. A place that doesn't let you out of a 12 month contract, three months in when you're dissatisfied with the service and policies. It is not as if they have staffed out for a year. Unscrupulous.
I had my first massage, ever, today here and it was wonderful. Dani was my masseuse and she was professional and made me feel very comfortable. I’ve been having back pain, and after just one session I feel so much better! I signed up for a membership, and will for sure be back!
I have gone twice now. Very friendly staff and always feel great after Jensynn works on me. :) I would highly recommend this place!!
Professional, clean and reasonably priced establishment to get a massage, facial or spa treatment. Paul is great!
