Shout out to Nick! He did a fantastic job at my appointment. He is very kind and personable and constantly checks to make sure that you are comfortable and receiving the service the way that you need it.
The communication is very poor at Massage Envy Wesley Chapel. They suffer from errors of omission which usually costs their customers more money. For that reason alone, I refuse to do anymore business with them. The technicians do a wonderful job; they could have had a customer for life.
I have made several calls to cancel my membership and have been getting the run around. The manager, I was advised is an acting manager for the manager out on maternity. I was advised she’s not calling me back because of all the calls that she’s needed to do. Bad, bad customer service. The month prior, I was advised my therapist was on vacation the day before my appt, which my appt was booked a month in advanced. Again, bad customer service. Great service...my time had to be moved an hour later and they threw in a exfoliating foot scrub. The girl at the front desk was awesome😀
