It took me a couple visits to find the right person for me. Overall, very satisfied customer.
Great Massages, but it is hard to get an appointment.
This is worst place ever. First of all, front desk staffs has no brain to work there. They messed up my appointment 3 times, and I couldn't make it on time. Guess what? They still trying to charge me not showing up, so I went there just not to get charged basically. Front desk black girl with glasses was so rude over the phone, Assistant manager has no authority to handle all the problems their staff caused. I wouldn't recommend to anyone!!! What a waisting my money and time!
So I made my appointment a week in advance for my birthday to get a call the day before to remind me of my 9am appointment. I show up on time for them to tell me my appointment was canceled and they were booked the whole morning. Horrible service and staff needs training! Great way to start my birthday for them to mess it up!!!
Sheila was excellent!! With my history and muscle issues, she knew exactly what to do. She's stuck with me now.
Today not a happy customer! They call Thursday to confirm Friday appt (scheduled wks in advance),I confirmed. Get a call this morning to confirm a Sat appt (I never scheduled), I said you can cancel Saturday. Show up today for Friday appt and they had canceled it instead of Saturday. Had been visiting weekly, may need to reconsider?
Just terrific! Best massage I have had in a very long time. Gracee is awesome!
