Leaving Lakeland Massage Envy! That was the BEST MASSAGE I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE!!! A huge shout out to Shay (Shanavia Atkinson) I made an apt on my way out for my husband! I wanted to pass on the word to call and ask for her!!! (She works Thurs-Sat) you should call and make an appointment!
Got a couples massage. Both of us loved our massages! I will always love message envy because it is affordable and great.
Me and my wife went in to do a couple massage for a hour and it's more like 40 min time they get everything and then stop 10 min early not sure if we will go back. People working front desk playing on there phones and talking really load didn't even offer to let us sit in the back waiting room left us up front. Bad business
Did not get rid of my daughter pain. Requested a sports massage and got a regular simple message. Ad soon as she was done my daughter got off the table and said her pain was worse. They also started 7 minutes late and finished on time. They charged me for the full time.
the front desk is very unprofessional and they don't know how to take care of transferred customers or they just want the money! They charged your card without your concent or authorization like a fraud! I asked for manager to call back but they don't care! I am very disappointed! The massage therapist are good but I will not recommend unless you want to be trapped with them!
