This is hands down my favorite Massage Envy, haven't had a mediocre massage at this location yet! Had Anna yesterday, she was amazing great knowledge of musculature and structure! Already booked an appointment with her next week!!

Lutz is always a great experience. The front desk staff greets me by name or verifies my name in a friendly manner. Kelly always gives a firm but relaxing massage and caters to my concerns with healthy suggestions on exercise and posture.
Emily has provided the best massage in my opinion, she has very deep pressure and was attentive to my body throughout my 90 minute session. I will continue to request her! Phenomenal therapist. The staff is always courteous and accommodating.

I am not a person who likes to be touched. Even a casual hug can make me cringe, so believe me when I say, it was not easy for me to walk into this place. My Chronic neck, shoulder & low back pain carried me inside. Everyone is really nice and because I was nervous and it was my first time ever getting a massage they paired me with Kelly who they told me is one of their Trainers. She did an amazing job. I can't wait to go back!
Just got my first massage done at Massage Envy by Johnny. He did an awesome job and my back feels so much better! I had a hard time walking into the place, and now I feel like a different person.
Great Team with a customer focused staff. I have been a member since the day they opened and refer everybody I can here to this specific location in Lutz.
