I am shocked at the poor customer service I've experienced this week, especially since I'm a customer of ten years! I don't know if they are under new ownership or leadership; but something definitely has changed. Buyer beware!!!
So disappointed. Worked twelve hours today but I had a 90 min massage booked for 8:30 and everything was gonna be ok. Get here and they tell me I don’t have an appointment. I've been a Massage Envy member for over 10 years and have been happy until I moved my membership to the Lutz, FL location. 3 out of the last 6 massages I've booked have been canceled. I can no longer recommend this location.
RecommendedI have been a member for about three years and your massage therapist or are some of the best but unfortunately their staff that does the booking does not check it ! So They overbook appointments I’ve been seeing this happen for the last year quite a bit mainly because of the online booking !!! And it happened to me today! I thought I would let the owners know so they don’t lose too many members over this habit which needs to be corrected !! I see there’s no oversight on the staff also!!
This Massage Envy is home to my all-time favorite therapist - Heather! I have a terrible back, with frequent back and neck pain. Heather can always find and expunge the knots in my back! She is an artist. 🥰
Kaila listened and helped my back quite a bit.
I love this place. I recommend all the services and professionals! Try it out.
