Rob is the absolute best! I can't begin to tell you how much he has helped me with chronic problems of arthritis in lumbar spine and SI joints, piriformis syndrome, etc. etc. He combines trigger point therapy, myofascial release and 2 techniques of neuromuscular massage to customize a plan for your particular case. The results are amazing!! He digs really deep to release tight muscles and myofacial tissue, so don't expect a relaxing massage during.......but when he is finished, I honestly feel like I can float out of there.
