Massage by Julie is the ideal spot for a massage that actually makes a difference in your body. I have been going weekly for a month and notice improved hip mobility, decreased low back tension and overall improvements during my day to day. The techniques used are muscle specific and aim at finding the root of any pain. Would highly recommend both Meredith and Julie to all my athletes, postpardum and prenatal women out there!
I had a lot of tension in my back and neck. Julie did such an amazing job massaging out all the tension—I feel so much better! She was also so kind, professional and knowledgeable. I’ll definitely be going back!

Great massage! Julie went above and beyond and addressed all of my needs. My favorite part (on top of her pleasant and professional demeanor) was the warm towel and foot massage! You MUST see her!
