I received a Swedish Massage from Shirley and it was the best. She informed me of each new move she was about to do and what its benefits were. The only thing I was disappointed in was the Aromatherapy which was $15. I expected to have a diffuser going the entire massage with my selected scent, but all I got was a washcloth with some essential oils that was waved in front of my face at the beginning of the session. DO NOT ask for Aromatherapy. It's a waste of money.

We booked a couples massage a few months ago and left feeling underwhelmed. The highlight of our visit was definitely the excellent customer service. Everyone was warm, attentive and professional. However, the massages themselves didn’t quite live up to the price point. Given how many other services Message Bliss & Cryo offers, it felt like massage might not be their primary focus. I highly recommend Massage Bliss & Cryo if you’re looking for professional wellness services like lymphatic drainage massage. The staff here are incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and attentive. McKenzie and Sydney at the front desk always greet you with a smile and take the time to check in on how you’re feeling before and after your appointment. I have been going to Massage Bliss for 5+ years. I have been seeing Massage Therapist Erika for most of those years and she is simply amazing. Her skill, consistency, and attentiveness have kept me feeling my best – she always tailors each session to what my body needs. Professional, punctual and genuinely caring, Erika creates a calm, comfortable environment every visit. Extremely disappointing experience. Anna, the manager, handled a simple issue very poorly. Instead of listening to the actual concern, she repeatedly focused on something that was never the issue and refused to acknowledge the mistake they made with my order. Rather than taking accountability, she attempted to shift the blame onto me as the customer.
