These people are thieves. Nothing to do with what they charge, or their services, however someone there stole my recycling bin. I only just discovered it due to the recycling credit tag on the bin with my address on it, and which they had tried to cover this up by writing their address over the top, clearly demonstrating this was no mistake. I had seen someone walk off with the bin a year ago via my security cameras, I just had no idea where they had taken it to until now. Unfortunately had a very poor experience. I had two appointments scheduled (for me and my sister). They even called the day before to confirm and ask us to come early. Then no one was there and the door was locked. We waited for 15 minutes in the cold. The manager called later saying that she didn’t know why no one was there. She asked me to reschedule without offering to provide a free or discounted massage. I unfortunately will not be going back and don’t recommend others. Very disappointing!
