Everyone was so welcoming and happy. they have a very cute setup inside and was very calm and relaxing even in the waiting area. I also did the ultrasound massage and that was my first time getting this service done. I really feel it helped my issue I was having in my back and that was affecting my groin area. my issue was I felt I had a pinched nerve in my back and it was affecting different parts of my body. My husband was barely walking from sciatic pain, he walked perfectly fine after ONE treatment! Prior to going here he was seen by a chiropractor for 3 sessions and was not getting better. We HIGHLY recommend Massage &Spinal Therapy of Winter Haven!

Best place all around! Love their customer service & all the therapists are amazing. I have been going every week for the past few months since I am always active with sports & physical labor & their deep tissue massages have help my body recover tremendously!
Please ensure that all individuals know how to do a proper deep tissue massage. Also, if a client requests a deep tissue massage, please give them what they asked for, not additional services that do not enhance the clients experience such as the ultrasound or cupping. I had to inform the therapist during the session that I did not want those services. Only the deep tissue massage which was highly overpriced for the 2/5 massage service that I received. I just received a wonderful massage. I tried the cupping which I have heard so many wonderful things about. I did the cupping and massage and I have never felt better. I have arthritis in many of my joints and the pain relief was immediate. Thank you so much Katelynn and Brooke and of course Crystal for recommending this. I will never get another massage without incorporating the cupping. I am in bliss!

Myra was amazing! I went in with horrible neck and shoulder discomfort with limited range of motion. Within an hour I could turn my head more than I had in two weeks! I want to pack her up and take her home with me!
