I had an appointment with Brooke, for a signature relaxation massage. It was my first massage and definitely won't be my last. I was a bit sore afterwards but the following days I felt great. I was able to stretch without pain and sit up a little straighter. The atmosphere is wonderful, beautiful and far beyond relaxing. I will always recommend Massage and Spinal Therapy of Winter Haven.
Took my mom here today for a one hour relaxation massage and she loved it!!
