Made an impromptu appointment today as my lower back was bothering me. During the appointment I informed my RMT that I was there for my lower back and leg. She started off with my shoulders and spent a long time there. I told her that my shoulders were fine and that it was my back and legs that needed treatment but she told me that we had to do the neck and shoulders area. Extremely clean environment with very well trained and skillful staff who helped me relieve my back soreness and pain, awesome experience, will definitely come back.
The space was nice and clean and my RMT was great. The pressure was perfect and she made sure to check in with me during the massage. The receptionist could’ve been more friendly and helpful. After a great session i wanted to book a 90 min session instead. The receptionist told me to just call the clinic closer to the date. I’m not sure what the issue was but it really felt like she didn’t want to help me or that I was bothering her.
