My wife booked an appointment for the next day in the evening. Within a couple of hours of booking our plans got changed and we tried to call them but the office did not answer. Later, we called next day morning and told them to cancel the appointment. They agreed, however later on went and charged full amount (not even 50%) on our credit card.
