Ruined my birthday! I went in to book a 90 massage in person for my birthday. I get there on my birthday and they don't have my appt booked. I am devastated. Never returning and will be sure to spread the message.
The front staff was very thorough about telling me I was 5 minutes late. Fair. I was prepared to concede that amount of a 60 minute massage because Iwas slow. However, unbeknownst to me there was also 20 minutes of ipad paperwork waiting for me. My experience there has been 10min of change time pre and post, so the massage had to be canceled. Very, very disappointing. I knew I would be sore today from the last two days. Be prepared to get there 20 minutes early if you want service.
