Very bad experience. The therapist went after and asking for more tip. She did not even deserve the tip. She was very rude in asking for more tip. I will not recommend this place.
Terrible experience all around, incredibly unprofessional. When I arrived the person at the front desk barely spoke any words to me and did not seem aware of my appointment or knowledgable about classpass , which is how I booked my appt. I was taken in anyway, by the receptionist, who then turned out to be the therapist. But she didn't say that, didn't say hardly anything, just brought me to a dingy room and pointed at the massage table...I had to ask, are you the therapist? She left TWICE during the appt when the front door... read more
