RecommendedGreat old style buildings. Many different size apartments
Our room flooded from the AC upstairs and mold started growing on the walls. It took them 3 months to clean the mold, and we called multiple times and threatened to call the board of health. Our sink and dishwasher constantly flooded our kitchen with dirty water, which we were also left to deal with for days without maintenance coming. A maintenance man walked in on me while I was getting dressed, when I very clearly told him not to enter my room yet.
I love living in mass mills! it is the best apartment building ive ever lived in. My neighbors are great and its very peaceful to live there. The maintenance staff is always so helpful, whenever i need something they are always there to fix it!
Here at Massachusetts Mills is all about 1000%. Teamwork You love where you live. I do. If you see something pick it up or contact maintenance team. They will check it out. Massmills Teamwork with Tenants pays off. Alot of changes for the Good. Gym room getting better more equipment has been on agenda. Hot water is fine. It was down about a week. A/C was excellent this past summer.
They have been easy to work with understanding about issues. They run a tight ship with a human touch
They will violate your civil rights by letting the police in your Apartment without a search warrant. If you have a misdemeanor traffic ticket and there's a warrant they will Gladly let Police in Happened twice. If it happens to you I suggest you sue as soon as possible
