Fantastic all around. Mark George, one of the inspectors, was everything you could ask for in an inspector. He is thorough, very knowledgeable, funny, and takes the time to explain what he's looking at and to tell you what you need to know about your place. Greg took his time and did a thorough inspection on the home we were buying. He was extremely helpful in narrating the inspection, and educating me on how the systems worked. Besides identifying areas of potential concern that I would have never noticed, he gave great advice on the care and maintenance of the systems. I highly recommend Greg Maloof!!
