Mark was a treasure! So thorough with the inspection and helped explain important features to me as we went through the home. I felt like he was really looking out for me and making sure I understood what was needed as well as important maintenance to keep track of. He showed me all the little things and the big things. 100% recommend!
Fantastic all around. Mark George, one of the inspectors, was everything you could ask for in an inspector. He is thorough, very knowledgeable, funny, and takes the time to explain what he's looking at and to tell you what you need to know about your place. He's like a handy dad or uncle who you're learning from. We moved into our condo a year ago, and because of how the market is these days, we had to waive our inspection contingency, so we were a little nervous we'd find some major problems. Greg took his time and did a thorough inspection on the home we were buying. He was extremely helpful in narrating the inspection, and educating me on how the systems worked. Besides identifying areas of potential concern that I would have never noticed, he gave great advice on the care and maintenance of the systems. I highly recommend Greg Maloof!!
