This is the second time we have called Massachusetts Best Electricians LLC. This time, Ross moved a light switch from one wall to another and had to cut a hole in the ceiling. They did a great job, and fixing the hole was simple. The switch was moved quickly, and they also updated another switch and a ceiling light. The first time, they moved some wires and gave us a quote before realizing extra work was needed, but still kept to the original price.

Herbert and his team were very professional and did excellent work. They replaced our whole house generator quickly and made sure everything was wired safely. The office staff was also polite and helpful with scheduling the appointment. I would definitely use their electrician services again and recommend them to others.

The team demonstrated remarkable professionalism and efficiency, both during the estimation process and the actual day of the electrical panel replacement and recessed lighting installation. The customer service team at our electrician company perceived the urgency of our situation, even though we didn't request it, and made us their top priority for the start of the next day. Brendan, the electrician, arrived early during the scheduled time and presented us with several options for our breaker service. He explained each option thoroughly and they were all reasonably priced. I am extremely pleased with this service in Woburn.

I encountered an urgent situation with a leak over my electrical panel. The team, specifically Herbert and Brendan, were able to accommodate me swiftly, essentially rescuing the day! Besides their professional obligations, they also displayed a friendly and patient demeanor towards my curiously young children.
