Worst patient advocacy. An administrator laughed at me and rolled her eyes when I asked for help. The person who was suppose to call to schedule surgery two days ago failed at her job and I asked for other assistance. I’ve been unable to function at a minimal level for a month and no one cares. So much for being a world renowned hospital.
They have the best. Doctors, nurses and staff in the business! Thank you MGH!
On Christmas Day I took my six year old to the emergency for a strep , I saw discrimination for the first time in my life, they gave gifts to some kids and not to others!!!! I wasn’t there to get anything exept care as I never been there in Christmas, but I was so disappointed on the level of caring and making everybody equal . Humanity needs loving , caring doctors and nurses not robots with no feelings.👎👎👎👎

Visited the ER this week, Fantastic combination of technology, medical skill, team coordination, and human kindness. Everyone from the traffic cop outside to the specialist doctor oozed empathy. Best ER ever. Nobody ever wants to go to the ER but if you have to go, this is the best.

suffered the illness called Parkinson Disease. I went to so many hospital’s and herbalist, no one was able to help me.
