at first this hospital was great, gave amazing care in the SICU ... after being moved to another floor youre lucky if you see a nurse every 5 hours. kept pressing the nurse call button to use the restroom for over a half hour, the nurse showed up 2 hours later!!!! absolutely unacceptable!!!! this is supposed to be one of the top hospitals in the country you should have better patient care!!!! yes i would reccomend this hospital for emergency or surgical services but nothing more. it feels like after youre out of critical car... read more

Mass General hospital is truly the best! I feel so blessed to have awesome care! Sending a shout out to the nurses and doctors and other people who took care of me while I was there and continue to check up on me while I recover at home! ❤️❤️❤️

Its 1:40am, been here since 9:10pm... I was just told that I have to wait another hour or more to get my Ultrasound, cuz there is one person and there are many others in que... So am I suppose to believe that a massive hospital as MGH and you only have 1 ultrasound dr available. Yet hundreds of dr's sending hundreds of patients to 1 person. that's why we pay big insurance all year to come once spend 12 hrs trying to be properly seen to never ever want to come back. As we are approaching the closing of our chemo journey, I want to recognize our team at MGH. Our team who has become our family. From the moment we walked through the doors two years ago, you could tell the care my three year old son was receiving came strait from the heart .
