I spent 2 hours in the emergency of MGH only to be told I should walk next store to Mass Eye and Ear Emergency room where I thought I was and waited another 2 hours. I felt like I was being flimflammed.
Bengon trabajan. Rapido :)
My mother recently passed at mass general on December 19th. The staff and nurses and doctors were absolutely amazing towards us in our troubled times as my mother cancer progressed. Idk how such an amazing hospital could just switch after a person passes. I wasn’t going to write a review about this but I have to know if this happened to anyone else. Quality of care has declined drastically. 3 readmissions within a 4 week timeframe and no one at the hospital including patient advocates has much to say about it. Apparently I was told this happens often. Days in ER, in not so great conditions, waiting for a bed even though we have to keep coming back. We once considered MGH top notch for medical expertise and care and now other than run repetitive tests and give you a different person with a different opinion daily there is not much else they will do. Very disappointed.
the nurses on bigalow 7 are rude. They aren't nice to black people at all
The doctors and nurses are nice and the food is great. I have been in here 5 times for my seizures. It was a boring stay just had to sit there and watch TV all day and was not allowed to get out of bed unless a nurse was there to help me but otherwise it is a great place.
I had the worst care at all Rhode Island hospitals where I am from they literally thought it was all in my head. Decided to take the ride to Boston on Saturday was seen immediately and the best care I have ever received. I was admitted to the Ed observation floor 13th floor. I had a nurse by the name of Wendy both days she was the most amazing kindhearted nurse I have ever had the experience of having. I hope she receives some recognition for being a amazing nurse. The endoscopy sept was also amazing I will never go to anoth... read more
