I sometimes have to bring my 9 year old son to massac for labs and to the ER to be transported to St.Louis Childrens hospital due to him having leukemia when sick. They always treat my son with the best care and help keep him calm answer all my questions run every test possible and keep in touch with his doctors in stl on what they want them to do until we get transported. My granddaughter had surgery here and received excellent care from all the staff, the facility was clean and welcoming. We were very pleased with the hospital and staff! We would highly recommend Massac Memorial Hospital
Dr. Staton didn't even wait for a nurse the same he came straight in took care of everything was very professional as he always is thank you very much
I mean the nurses was good but the doctor was too fast and if my throat is swollen why the hell would you described pills and not get me a shot for my allergies.
Great customer service, excellent doctors that work the ER like Dr. Staton, Dr. Oliver. Everyone works there is fast, and very helpful.
Took real good care of my mom. Thank all of you for the kindness and care.
