My payroll company switch from Slavic to MassMutual sometime last year. Since then I have refinanced my 401k loan. I have had nothing but misinformation and problem from every last MassMutual CSR I have spoke with. Tuesday morning: called and setup my refinanced loan Maturity date was supposed to be November of 2019 Tuesday afternoon: Called back to verify the loan was setup correctly.
