Great communication from start to finish, clear pricing, ordered yesterday and they delivered the grower's mix today! Super helpful when trying to finish a project. Will definitely be a repeat customer for future landscaping projects.

I am extremely disappointed in the customer service we received from Mass Mulch. To give additional context: we had a concern over the delivery and customer service we received so we sent an email highlighting our experience. The owner, Bob, felt that replying to our concerns with a condescending email was the best course of action rather than apologizing for any confusion or misunderstanding. I have been a customer for many years and would never go anywhere else. They have helped me so many times when I was ordering and didn't know exactly what material I needed or how much I needed. They are very friendly, knowledgeable and have great prompt service. Their products are fantastic also! I would highly recommend their company for all your outdoor yard work materials!
