Called at 3:25 to confirm I could get an EKG and didn’t need an appt., the woman I spoke to as long as I got to the clinic and they were still accepting patients, I could get the EKG. I arrived, they were still accepting patient's, I took a ticket, my number was called, I checked in with my info. when I was called back and then was told they only do EKG’s for pediatric patients. The staff that assists patients by phone are very disgusting when it comes to caring for people. They do it with a very bad attitude. For a clinic where many people pay for health insurance, we are very poorly served. They should change that kind of people. el personal que atiende los pacientes por vía telefónica son bien repugnantes para atender a las personas lo hacen con muy mala actitud para ser una clinica donde muchas personas pagamos seguros medicos somos muy mal atendidos deverian cambiar esa clase de personal.

Nada que ver con el Chelsea Health Care Center de antes, y estoy hablando de hace 5 a 10 años atrás. Bueno, no los culpo por el gran recorte de doctores. Cada vez que llamo para que un doctor pueda atender a mi bebé con fiebre, me dicen que no hay nada disponible. Y para ir al urgent care de ellos estarás 5 horas sentada esperando que te atiendan.

Girl at radiology department checkin very rude. I went for cat scan did not know it was at the other building a block away . She was telling me it's out front building I have breathing issues was block away . She was rude not helpful . Terrible I came back and actually told her remember me I was here for cat scan well that building is not out front a block away . stupid people
