One star is honestly too much for the kind of treatment I received from Ms. Milagros Escobar. I left that place feeling angry, humiliated, and deeply disappointed. Her attitude was absolutely unacceptable — instead of helping people who come looking for support, she seemed to take pleasure in being rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. It’s heartbreaking to see someone like her working in a place that’s supposed to help the community, not make people feel small or ashamed for asking for assistance.
