Worst experience. Went in for having disorientation, jaw pain, heart palpitations and was told to drive myself to the ER. Nurse didn't even walk me to the front. Gave me a total attitude. It was 8 pm and they close at 830 so I should have know .
This was my probably the best urgent care center that I have ever been to! I had a very short wait, and was seen swiftly. The staff were all very knowledgeable and polite- thank you
I’m very disappointed in both of these Natick locations that each turned me away. My period cup was stuck for >48 hours and overflowing with old blood. It smelled bad. My fingers were just too short to reach it. I was told to ‘have a friend take it out, or to go to the emergency room,’ as they aren’t licensed to remove them; they refused to even look to see if it could be easily taken out.
