This is an outstanding urgent care center that lives up to the high standards you expect with Mass General Brigham. I had two tiny pieces of glass stuck in my foot and needed immediate attention. The provider I saw was so incredibly kind and patient and did all that she needed to do to ensure that both pieces of glass were removed. Came for a foot fracture. Front desk was too slow and did not help as I limped my way inside the urgent care (it was also not busy). Then the lady who finally grabbed me a wheelchair and did further notes did not provide anything for elevation of my foot and hardly asked me questions about my incident. Only the PA Sarah and lady who did my X-Rays were sweet and right to the point. I appreciate them helping and getting everything set in a timely manner.
I had a great experience here. Only deducted one star as it was a long visit (I think they were seeing other people between following up with me). But I was happy to get care. Hannah and Dakota were great, I didn’t feel rushed in the time I was seen and felt like they were very thorough.
Thanks to the lovely nurse and APRN who listened to this girl far from home cry and did everything they could to make her feel better.
