If you are coming to this location for x-rays, make sure you call ahead of time to make sure the x-ray tech is actually working. I know this sounds like a crazy concept considering they’re an orthopedic urgent care and this should be a no-brainer that an x-ray tech would be working but please learn from my experience. Everyone was very nice and I was seen in about 30 mins. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is this clinic is not affiliated with the Boston locations (even the portal says Newton Wellesley, which I didn't realize). They could only book me at Wellesley for a follow-up and I don't have a car. They did give me numbers to general orthopedics which was able to get me into a Brigham's clinic sooner so it worked out but be prepared to travel if you need more care.
I was seen immediately for a knee injury that turned out to be an acl + meniscus tear. PA maguire was really lovely and helpful - she got me in for an mri the same day and has been supportive and available with follow up questions. I would highly recommend!
Excellent experience. I was seen for a knee injury and had x-rays, was placed in a brace, scheduled for additional imaging, and got a follow-up appointment. And it was much faster than an ER!
