Went to stepson building for eye at Nielsen eye center. This building is huge with any different medical needs. Highly recommend looking up this location for particular medical needs and information. Very clean location.
They close 2 hours early all the time and you have to walk half a mile from your car to the door with 10/10 pain before you find a sign saying they're closed. They can't be bothered to put a sign downstairs at the front door.
The professionals were great- doctors and nurses. The receptionists made me yell my reason for coming (private). Then they told me the insurance rate went up to be considered specialist care. More than twice the regular copay. And I started crying and the ladies just looked at me. I was bawling my eyes out in the waiting room and they acted like nothing. It was just me and them there. Dr Parker would not give me physical therapy referral even after I told him I was in a serious car crash. He told me to do gentle neck stretches. Turns out my neck joints were swollen and my upper back muscles were so tight PT wanted to use dry needling. I had to make another appointment on main campus to get referral.
