Again - This company is a lousy payer. I was contracted for Electrical work. The work was completed quickly and then the request for payments began. It has been over 4 months since work was performed. I was told that they run Net45 & it has been well over that. I've talked to a lady named 'Grace' that knows absolutely nothing. She will not hang up the phone when a person persistently asks exactly when checks are cut (which, oddly, she doesn't know the answer to), HOWEVER, she will just sit there and not say anything. Been waiting for over 6 months for a payment and still haven't been paid. I've been told over the phone multiple time that they are sending checks out tomorrow.... nope nothing. I belive this company is a scam vendor beware!

Was contracted to do a job and that job was completed. Invoice was sent August 3, 2022. It is December 1, 2022 and I have yet to receive payment. I have called several times but all I'm told is that my invoice is in process. Just waiting for a check to be sent out. I called today 12/1 and explained to them that I was told the same thing weeks ago. We were contracted out to perform some electrical work for this company. We started doing services in May 2021 as of 9/1/2021 we still have not received one payment. We have gone back and forth with them to get this resolved to no relief. Do not do business with them they do not pay. Pretty sure the properties they manage would not be pleased that they have sent payment to them and they refuse to pay their vendors forcing people to turn them over to collections.
