I had a very good experience with Maspeth Roofing & Siding. They completed a solid roof job at my property for a reasonable price and with clear, reasonable terms and warranty information. Dan was the manager I worked with, and he was very easy to communicate with throughout the process. He answered my questions, explained the proposal clearly, and inspected the roof himself before the work started and again after the job was completed. I highly recommend Maspeth Roofing. Our skylight was leaking and Dan came to inspect it. He was very professional, explained the issues and gave us a reasonable proposal with no pressure- complete honesty. The team came and replaced the skylight soon after, and they did an excellent job and cleaned everything up. They were also done within a few hours. The crew was friendly and professional. I’m very satisfied with the entire job and would definitely recommend them and will use them again!
My daughter's ceiling was wet after the last rain. I called in a roofing company I had dealt with before. The man came didn't go up on the roof looked from the sidewalk and said she needs a new roof and it would be $13,000.00. We called maspeth roofing . Dan came went up on the roof said the flashing was loose caulked it for her in about 15 minutes. This is what I call professional. Would highly recommend this company to anyone that would ask. Thank you again
They did my whole roof in 2007 and I used them again in 2026. The roof last for 19 years without any problem. The price they charged was 25% less than what I was hoping for. Very good price
