Great place ,I know Men and Woman raised there Great Place
My brother was in the Sam Swope Center for a little over 2 weeks...My view of the Sam Swope Center is they treated him like nothing...My brother contacted a blood infection there ..Nurse cleaned his port on his chest with No gloves ,No mask the port was not covered and bloody....Double dose of water pills per day known his kidneys were not working...Covered him back up with a very soiled bedspread with feces all over it...left his feeding tube open leaking on the bed ....There were times I didn't see no one there I had to lo... read more

My oldest brother, James Richard "Rick" Snider was in the Masonic Home Shelbyville KY for just over two years, from June 14,2014 to June 23,2016 and I simply can not thank each and every one of the staff there enough for your constant care, concern and sincere love you had for him. He originally went there because of his short term memory, but in August 2015 he was diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma, a bone marrow cancer that has no known cure.
