Staff doesn’t return phone calls. Poor communication with family on patient’s status. Patient’s hygiene was not maintained. I’m absolutely horrified & question why this home received a 5 star review from the Medicare standard’s board. It supposedly is one of the top 3 facilities in Louisville... not even...

Business response:

Hi Gisella. We strive to provide the very best service and would welcome the opportunity to discuss this experience. Feel free to call Sr. Vice President of Risk Management and Compliance Officer Conjuna Collier at 502.340.2390. Thank you.

They sent me to the hospital saying I would die if I didn’t go. They said I was having convulsions, all it was was muscle spasms but they wouldn’t believe me. They wanted to get me out of their facility because I was going to notify the State because they were opening my mail and removing money that was in the envelope. Two days after sending me to the hospital they sent word I could not return to the nursing home.

It’s a dirty little secret. Looks good but they take these people’s money and could care less. They’re negligent and it should be closed down.

I have worked at Masonic home for almost 4 years. This company does an outstanding job at taking care of our elders. They support, promote and give back to their employees. Proud to be a part of an organization that has passionate people inspiring the lives of others.
