Took my 6 year old son in last night at 730 pm because of a high fever. The receptionist was so nice and got us checked in promptly (it was my sons first time being there). A man named Gary checked my sons vitals and administered the flu test. Gary was great! He was so nice and made my son feel comfortable. The doctor and other assistant were so great too. Highly recommend!!!!!
Walked in 23 mins before they closed and they wouldn’t see my son who broke out in full body hives and had a sudden sore throat. They said “sorry that isn’t gonna work, we are closing.” Last time is checked, y’all closed at 9:00, not 8:37.
I was in Wilmington visiting my father in February of 2016, I'm from Pa and needed medical care for Bursitis of my shoulder. They were wonderful here, great care and service!
I went in to get evaluated and treated for center chest pains. I believe the PA was John Morykon who was upfront and confident. I had a chest X-ray and EKG which John was able to rule out heart/cardio issues. I was relieved with that and after further evaluation the probable culprit was acid reflux which albeit painful, but not life threatening. Vacation is back on track! All the staff was professional an knowledgeable! Thanks very much for being there when I needed you!
Should not have loud kids toys in the waiting room. Service was great however with a migraine and not feeling well all together and a child beating the toys they have to play with, not the best combo.
I was so sick I don't even know the name of the PA that saw me but she was kind and efficient. The text system can be a little daunting for someone from OOT who doesn't know the scoop. I was 1st to sign in for the day --sat for 1.5 hrs watching people glide in the door and be seen ahead of me. Didn't know where the names on list in waiting area were popping up from. The staff took excellent care of my 9 year old daughter. She had a deep cut/abrasion on her knee and everyone was so kind and gentle with her. They explained everything they were doing to her and she calmed down and became comfortable. Our nurse was outstanding in giving us care instructions.
