Excellent service and everyone has always been warm, funny, and professional. I was there for a COVID-19 test, I tried to get one on weds but no one had openings, the staff here encouraged me to call today and I called at 8am and was out the door to get my test. I have experience in a medical office and let's say I have always been impressed with the services here

Create a better process the final hour of waiting by phone text. We waited at home and it was great. Then we received the...you are 55 minutes from next please drive to the location. It DOES NOT say call you. It does not say check in. We text...we are here. We waited an hour and then received the message that you hadn't heard from us so we were being put at the back of the line. They are very friendly and answered everything. They explained everything and weren't in a rush
I went for a rapid COVID test. They were very upbeat and friendly, precise and as convenient as possible considering the situation. you remain in your car isolated and safe for most of it.

The staff is great from receptionist to doctors...my entire family goes there and I would not go anywhere else.
