They repaired my fireplace insert free of charge even though the warranty had expired. The technician Nickolas was informative and professional. He went through a logical process of replacing likely causes and so far so good. I highly recommend this business.
Nick was very polite, knowledgeable, diagnosed, and fixed our gas fireplace explaining what was wrong. There is a three month guarantee for service. Compared to another service that came out, MasonSteel was so superior. The first service performed no diagnostic,and just wanted to sell us a new fireplace unit.
