If I could give this business a minus one star I would. Customer service is very, very poor! They do not return calls or emails. Counter people are RUDE!
4 hrs to unload
I just had a new gas log insert! I love it! The young fella who did the install, Dave, was knowledgeable and friendly and made sure everything was working great before he left! Highly recommend.

Terrible from the get go. We built a home 3 years ago and our builder recommended Mason Steel. We were given Tony Rosberil’s contact info. We have a total of 3 fireplaces we purchased. 2 gas and 1 wood. Growing up we had wood inserts and love the heat and ambiance only wood heat offers. After setting up and appointment, Tony had no clue we were coming and when asked about specifics based upon the size from our blueprints his exact words were “I don’t know I see a lot of blueprints.” We were pretty put off to be spending 12k ... read more
