I absolutely love Jess!! She was very nice and communicative. I literally will not be going anywhere else. Off the bat they gained my trust and explained everything step by step on what I should start first and the pricing is very reasonable!! They’re extremely knowledgeable too. They were the first to tell me my engine was a replacement. I had no idea. No shop has ever bothered to tell me that, love this place! 💝

I realized today as drove past Mason Street Garage that it has been over two years since they replaced the engine in my 2013 Equinox. They warrantied their work, but I haven't needed to use it, as my car hasn't had a single engine related issue since their excellent service work. Highly recommend!
