We’ve had an outstanding experience with Mason Pro Services, from the receptionist team to the pros who delivered work for us. Of note — Christian and Mitchell were both amazing … friendly, professional, respectful and highly talented at their work. WOWZERS! This is the place if you have a Trane system! I have a Trane System and it is the XV which is VERY complex per so many other companies that looked at it, tried to help and could not. We are very pleased with the work Diontae Jackson completed replacing our kitchen fluorescent lighting with canister lighting. Diontae is very detail oriented, respectful of our property and has great communication skills. We would not hesitate to recommend him and Mason Pro Services to anyone.
Tony was able to explain our problem with a pin hole leak doing so much as our getting water from the refrigerator increased pressure. It helped us to make decisions. The referral to the restoration company has helped us to move forward quickly to dole all the problems from the leak. Tony was professional and helpful.
