Mike was terrific - professional, good-natured, and professional. He patiently and in a clear manner explained the features of the new water heater and encouraged me to ask anything I was unsure about. I was also very pleased with the pricing and quality of the unit. Everyone at Mason has been friendly and efficient. This was the first time I have used them, but they will be my go-to for the future.
Excellent job from start to finish. Kelsey answered my call and took care of my requests and appointment. This was at 3pm. On a Friday. From Mason Pro Services-HVAC. Had concerns and questions on Air handler unit. Explained in detail on how it works and ways with preventative maintenance. Worked with George P to get my new toilet installed and the previous removed. The quality of the work was worth the price. It was a Japanese style toilet with a fancy seat and he installed it perfectly.
