this place is one big joke!!!! 325.00 for a piece of junk property that the manager is never attending to it... and never at the office... that gates have been non working for years!!!! I advised everyone to stay away from this hell hole!! drug's are horrible in the park as well.... STAY AWAY DO YOU'RE SELF A BIG FAVOR!!! I PROMISE YOU WILL!!!!!! 💯 I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to live in this dump.... we will be pulling ours out ASAP!!!!! feel free to contact me for more info on this dump!!

Joe is extremely nice and will do whatever it takes to help you find your perfect place to stay for you and your family! In fact everyone who works in the office are all wonderful people! The neighborhood is great and there’s a lot of amenities for you to enjoy! They will go above and beyond to make sure you are happy and satisfied! We are really excited for our future here! They need to accept partial payment s I'v been evicted Two times first one was dismissed..Covid and work injury has affected us and stop cutting our grass and charging us 60 Dollars people charge 20...

They come knocking on your door for 7.00 in lot rent. They weren’t professional and did not give a written notice for the over site. In fact the office person who came to my door was an outright witch.

The new rules and regulations are despicable. -you have to mow weekly or get forced to pay a fine when they force mow your lawn on Friday. -cannot have window ac units. -cars that are not up to date on their registry will be towed... Before the cops even enforce it. -you can only have blinds, no curtains. Who are you kidding? You're a mobile home park, not an HOA. I lived there 6 years ago and I feel bad for anyone still living there.
