Management doesn’t know what’s going on. No plowing. No notice of water issues and need to boil. I’ll be moving as soon as I can. Worse management I’ve ever seen (which has always been bad) I’m done!

I lived in Mason Manor since I was in my twenties and now I'm 49. I just moved out there year ago it's nothing but a stone place they don't care as long as they let people move in and they get money. It looks like a trash can living in there. You don't make people follow the rules they take sides they let you know most Run free it just said disgusting place it would not raise any family in there if you want to raise a good family. That's my opinion.
Managers are unorganized. I've worked in property management, it's not difficult. Just contacted corporate for an issue that's been known about since last year that has yet to be fixed.

Beware of this bedbug infested trailer park. I moved out in December 2017 and contacted them on many occasions about my deposit and all I got is I have to talk to corporate about it and still have seen or heard nothing. They will fuck you out of everything they can. My neighbor had a rottweiler (which is supposed to be forbidden to have there) knocked down my fiancees son on multiple occasions. They said they could do nothing about it. Do not repeat do not rent from them.
All they care about the money not about the people
