Filed ATT lawsuit data breach lawsuit and still hasn’t received any updates about this!! I find that kinda weird!! If you’re representing me then why don’t I have any updates or even a settlement option yet??
I have been calling yo talk to Mason personally but can never hear his voice nor respond to my calls. The secretary does the reporting information about the case. This have been a very slow an unprofessional process. I have had other lawyers whom respond to their clients so that we can have that one on one relationship but this one here is terrible. I will be glad to get this settlement over with because I have not received my settlement from AT&T. Be careful in finding a lawyer that will nit relate to you.
I haven't heard anything from them about my case. Not one phone call or message to let me know what's going on. And when you do talk to someone they are rude.
I retained this law firm after some rudimentary due diligence for a class action lawsuit regarding a data breach in 2023. Had high hopes until the settlement check was refused by my financial institution because their issuing bank had no record of the account number listed on the check. We returned the check.
