Customer Service was beyond words!! I have done CS for years, Maya is on the top of the list. From my first contact, she called back and discussed options. Would leave messages if I couldn't answer. Showing me to my vey clean unit. How to enter etc, once the paperwork was done. Flawless interaction I might add. Great asset to your business! Highly recommend to all who are looking for storage! Great costumer service, great office, storage was clean and well kept, and I felt completely safe every time I visited the unit. The compassion of the owners is outstanding. Every place should be like this business.
Great service! They answered all my questions and concerns. Very easy to get a unite there. I would recommend to anyone looking for a nice place to store there items!
I had no issues with the storage unit or accessing the unit. We never had any mice within the unit nor did we have any issues with water damage. Everything was secured and safe that we stored. My only issue was the price was quite high in my opinion but I've only used this storage company.
