Jodi provided a phenomenal leasing experience from the initial tour to signing. She is very knowledgeable and friendly, and made the whole process incredibly easy. I am very pleased with my apartment and the community, and I wholeheartedly recommend Mason Hills to anyone looking for a cost-effective apartment.
I'm old school so you start with 3 starts and earn or lose from there. I've lived in Mason Hills for over a year and I can say DTN (the management company) is trying to be better than most, thus earning the extra star. Just finished an on-site meal event provided by DTN, nice that they do these events. If you (DTN) are looking for ways to improve more... I would suggest for each time you say 'no', find a way to say 'yes' in the future. Reading one of the reviews and my lease, I think you have done this in at least that case.... read more
After living here for 2 years, I can honestly say that maintenance is spot on. Usually same day or next day maintenance response. I also got my deposit back in a timely manner with an invoice breaking it down. The property is nicely kept up during season changes and the amenities such as the dog park and grills are a nice bonus but with the small square footage of the apartment for $900+ in rent is pretty steep.
