Dr. Roper has been my PCP ever since she was doing her residency. She is kind, empathetic, listens well and takes her time (I hate how so many doctors rush in and give you two minutes then rush back out). I had a bunch of things going wrong and instead of potentially being dismissive about there being a link, she took me seriously and helped investigate and I ended up having a connective tissue disorder. I can’t say enough good things about her! The practice is great too.
Love this office! The staff is so supportive and helpful. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Roper’s for years, she was with me through prenatal care and labor/delivery. She is knowledgeable and does diligent research. I always confident about the medical advice I’m given. Also, just spoke with the nurse hotline and she walked me through my current symptoms and how to handle them. So grateful for this team!
I just called regarding being a new patient and I can't believe how rude the person on the phone was ☹️
I have been a patient here for many years. Dr. Springer is wonderful!
