One star for a root canal done. Be sure to ask up front before your appointment exactly what you’re out-of-pocket will be. I was told that they were not sure exactly, Then the day after service, office tells me that I will not be reimbursed “Due to the insurance regulations” by the way, I was made to pay a “ Out of pocket ESTIMATE ” Before the claim is even submitted to my insurance, then to find out the following day that I will not be reimbursed, Convenient! My experience was great! Dr. Yingling and her staff were very helpful, made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend
I was so nervous about getting a root canal. The staff made me feel at ease from the moment I arrived. They could see that I had some anxiety about the procedure. They walked me through the steps and made every effort possible to put my mind at ease. The procedure was smooth and painless. I hope I never have to get another root canal, but if I do…I will make my appointment with Dr. Yingling and her staff!! Thank y’all!!
I lost what I wrote first time, dont know if it went... so try this again. Referered from family dentist for a root canal. Luck to get Dr Yinglings office. super clean was first impression walking in. Very friendly staff. Gave me an estimate so I knew if I could afford it. I have no insurace. Is expensive, but that is everywhere. It is worth it is you want to keep your teeth, molar had an infection. Everyone was so nice and new there job well.
