I normally do not do this but I had to. The nurses and providers have provided the care and concerns I have each time. However, the front desk receptionist are absolutely horrible. They have been rude each time I’m in the clinic or on the phone with them. The male receptionist is exceptional but the 4 women they employed are awful and without the veterans, they wouldn’t have that position, so it’s truly sad they treat us like crap. Have been going to the clinic the past 10 years and can’t say enough about the care I receive from the receptionists, nurses and doctors. Thankful to have this facility here in Mason City!

Impossible to get a hold of and so when you have a medical need you better hope it isn’t serious because you will be waiting forever.
