I live outta state and ended up having to have a new motor put in the truck. 2 weeks later the truck was done. The dealer was more money than the independent shops but all the independent shops could not get a motor for 2 months. Came to pick the truck up and the bill was considerably more than I had expected. They worked with me on the price of the bill and we met in the middle. If I could give zero stars I would! First of all my car was overheating and so I brought it in I’ve been there before and they did a good job the first time so I went back. They changed out my thermostat charged me damn near 600 just for that then went to go pick up my car and there was STILL overheating issues so I called them and they told me to bring it back mind you they said they did a diagnosis test and charged me for it before they “fixed” the thermostat.
