Finance rep extremely rude and condescending, audibly laughing at basic questions regarding finance/sales process. I was ready to drive 3+ hours to purchase a brand new vehicle from the dealership, but her attitude alone was enough to lose my business.
Colwell Motors failed to disclose known damage on a vehicle I purchased. I asked multiple times about the condition and was told there was only “one small imperfection.” After the sale, I found significant damage on the other side that was never mentioned. A manager later admitted he saw this damage before the sale, yet it was not disclosed. When I brought this up, the dealership denied responsibility and refused to fix their mistake. Ryan Springmier and the whole team at Colwell Motors are so amazing. We absolutely love our new Equinox! Start to finish everyone went above and beyond to get us into our new car! The whole staff from sales to finance are so personable and they treat you like family! We will be back for our next vehicle purchase, and every purchase here on out!
