The new receptionist is great. The only negative was it was somewhat cool in the treatment room

Both receptionists were very friendly and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and at ease. The flower at then end of my visit was a pleasant surprise. Debbie was very good as she cleaned my teeth. She understood my fears. I think I am more than a number in a crowd at your office. Thank you! I know that my insurance covers regular dental checkups but would have liked to had confirmation that nothing would be due in connection with the regular check up. I should have asked that question but forgot.
I had to wait nearly 20 minutes to be seen this time. That's very frustrating and really inexcusable at 9am.
