Sensor quality is poor. They wear out very quickly and readings become unstable. We have an infant son who has been using the Rainbow 97 for the past 4 months and recently tried him on a $200 portable pulse ox. The portable is much more stable and reliable.
Great products supported by poor systems and Customer Service. They take payments and accept orders for products that are not available. Very disappointing customer Service.
